Please arrive 5 minutes early to start warming up
If you need to reschedule, do so as early as possible to free the slot for another member.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before PT slot starts. No refunds for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Late arrivals may reduce session time.
