Train with our instructor team to sharpen technique, build fitness, and stay accountable.  Sessions are tailored to your goals and experience level.

What can I book?

Personal Training (PT) sessions are ideal for:

  • Improving kickboxing technique and fundamentals

  • Increasing fitness, strength, and conditioning

  • Pad work, movement, timing, combinations and sparring

  • Confidence building and returning-from-break support

  • Event/fight prep (where applicable)

How does it work?

  • Choose an instuctor

  • Pick a date and time that suits you

  • Tell us your goals in the booking notes

  • Turn up ready to train

Booking notes:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to start warming up

  • If you need to reschedule, do so as early as possible to free the slot for another member.

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before PT slot starts. No refunds for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

  • Late arrivals may reduce session time.
